Summary</b></div></div><div><div>
Responsible for laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping and piping systems, fixtures, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.</div></div><div><div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</div></div><ul><li><div>
Installation of pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers per design plan and codes to properly protect building.</div></li><li><div>
Completion of all required weekly paperwork for CFP and as directed by the General Contractor for the job to which crew is assigned.</div></li><li><div>
Communicating with designer before making any design changes.</div></li><li><div>
Communicates with designer regarding any material shortages.</div></li><li><div>
Producing red-line drawings to turn in to designer.</div></li><li><div>
Communicating project and schedule changes to Field Superintendent and Project Manager.</div></li><li><div>
Attending project and coordination meetings as required.</div></li><li><div>
Completion and submission of daily progress reports to Field Superintendent and General Contactor as required.</div></li><li><div>
Documenting and reporting water damage, injuries, and/or accidents to Field Superintendent and General Manager immediately when an incident occurs.</div></li><li><div>
Train Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques.</div></li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>Education and/or Experience</b>
</div></div><div><div>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
</div></div><p></p><div><div><b>Computer Skills</b>
</div></div><div><div>Basic computer skills, email.</div></div><p>
</p><div><div><b>Other Requirements:</b></div></div><div><div>
Pre-employment drug screen, Clean MVR required; overtime may be required.</div></div><p>

Fire Sprinkler Foreman

<div><p><b>Summary</b></p><p>
Responsible for assisting with the installation of fire sprinkler systems on construction and retrofit projects; this is an entry-level role supporting foremen and fitters by performing basic labor tasks while learning fire sprinkler installation techniques, safety practices, and code requirements.</p><p>
</p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>
Assist fire sprinkler installers with system installation activities.</li></ul><ul><li>
Carry, stage, and organize materials, pipe, fittings, and tools.</li><li>
Cut, thread, and prep pipe under supervision.</li><li>
Assist with hanging pipe, installing hangers, and setting sprinkler heads.</li><li>
Support flushing, pressure testing, and system startup activities.</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.</li><li>
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.</li><li>
Participate in safety meetings and on-the-job training.</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>Education and/or Experience</b>
</p><p>High school diploma and 0-2 years&rsquo; experience; construction or mechanical experience a plus.</p><p><b>
Computer Skills</b></p><p>
Basic computer skills, email.</p><p><b>
Physical Demands</b>
</p><p>Frequent standing, walking, crouching/bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; ability to work in confined spaces and variable weather conditions; exposure to noise, dust, and construction environments.</p><p>
