<ul><li>Manage all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable,      payroll, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor cash flow daily and forecast future requirements.</li><li>Oversee preparation and submission of VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Support estimation and operations with financial insights, cost reports, and budget tracking.</li><li>Supervise and mentor accounting staff (Accountant, Accounts Assistant).</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Establish      and enforce internal financial controls and approval workflows.</li><li>Work closely with the Collection Officer to monitor outstanding payments and DSO.</li></ul>
