The Assistant Editor Magazine is responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and well-researched articles, features, and interviews for print and digital magazine editions. The role requires creativity, strong storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of current trends, audience interests, and journalistic writing standards.______________Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage, develop, produce and distribute Evolve Publication Pakistan.</li></ul><ul><li>To achieve our company's objectives, develop and execute comprehensive content strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that written content is clear, coherent, grammar- and punctuation-correct, and follows editorial guidelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Interviewing the guests and preparing for the interview.</li></ul><ul><li>To plan &amp; host Evolve Podcast.</li></ul><ul><li>Make sure written materials are thoroughly proofread to identify and correct typos, spelling errors, and grammatical errors.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all editorial materials, following established editorial guidelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Assure high editorial and quality control standards by reviewing content for accuracy and factual accuracy.</li></ul><ul><li>Verify the accuracy of information, quotes, and references used in written content.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare content for publication in Pakistan, which may include formatting, layout, and conversion for various platforms (print, web, digital).</li></ul><ul><li>Choose supporting material, like images and illustrations.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate multiple editorial projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering content on time.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure your headlines, subheadings, and captions are engaging and effective to enhance your content's readability and attract readers.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct research to gather information and data required for accurate and informed content creation.</li></ul><ul><li>Adhere to the organization's or publication's style guide, and enforce consistency.</li></ul><ul><li>Organize published and unpublished content in order to facilitate retrieval and referencing.</li></ul><ul><li>Make sure that content complies with legal requirements, copyright laws, and ethical guidelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage social media and SEO to draw attention to all content of Evolve.</li></ul><ul><li>Any other tasks can be assigned, and when necessary, may be called upon to take on tasks and duties from other departments or peers' responsibilities, fostering adaptability and teamwork.
