Assistant Business development manager

Financial Reporting:&middot; Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.&middot; Provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas of concern.&middot; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting.&middot; Signed Purchase Invoices By COO/CEO and posting in Manual Ledger.&middot; Signed Purchase Invoices By COO/CEO and posting in Software Ledger.&middot; Assist the COO/CEO in signing the ledgers where entries are made with evidence of Purchase and sale Invoice.&middot; Scanning of ledgers + Invoices.&middot; Preparation of annual Profit &amp; Loss.&middot; To prepare monthly P&amp;L accounts with detail analysis of gross margins by 5th of every month.LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT:&middot; Formulation business/operational strategy consistent with organisational vision, purpose and business objectives.&middot; Lead and manage people.&middot; Managing accounting projects, organise information, monitor progress and meet deadlines.&middot; Provide professional/specialist/technical accounting expertise and knowledge.Budgeting and Forecasting&middot; Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.&middot; Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures, identify variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.&middot; Assist in creating budgeting guidelines and policies to ensure efficient resource allocation.&middot; To prepare annual budget on monthly basis and its subsequent variance analysis with actual results.Accounts Receivable and Payable:&middot; Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.&middot; Manage accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendors and suppliers.&middot; Implement efficient procedures to reduce aging of receivables and payables.Audit and Compliance:&middot; Coordinate with internal/external auditors to facilitate annual audits and compliance reviews.&middot; Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard financial integrity.&middot; Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.Software Implementation:&middot; Handling of overall software.&middot; Implementation of PL with inventory codes.&middot; Sales invoices entices.&middot; Purchase entries.&middot; Journal Voucher Entries.SELF MANAGEMENT:&middot; Developing innovative and creative approaches to addressing issues and challenges in the work group/business unit/organization.&middot; Manage own ongoing learning and development.&middot; Sorting of scanned data into designated folders.&middot; Any other tasks can be assigned, and when necessary, may be called upon to take on tasks from other peers' responsibilities, fostering adaptability and teamwork.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
