Our Landscape Laborers play an active role in maintaining beautiful commercial properties. They work as part of a team to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail with high quality results.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and other landscape maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Operate hand tools and two-cycle equipment safely</li>
<li>Use various mowers, including stand-on, walk-behind, and riding mowers</li>
<li>Perform basic equipment maintenance, such as sharpening blades, changing oil, and checking fluid levels</li>
<li>Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to complete daily assignments</li>
<li>Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety guidelines to include wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li>
<li>Communicate with the Crew Leader regarding task progress and any issues that arise</li>
<li> Keep trucks, trailers, and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies</li>
<li> Perform other related landscape maintenance duties as assigned to support the team</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with managers and follow instructions</li>
<li>Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to work with diverse backgrounds</li>
<li>Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon&ndash;Thu, 10-hour shifts)</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
