Daily Functions / Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop advanced, robust DNN-based speech enhancement solutions for automotive applications and adjacent domains such as healthcare, robotics, and home entertainment</li><li>
Design, implement, and maintain scalable tools and workflows for training and evaluating DNN models</li><li>
Support business development by creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and participating in customer demonstrations</li><li>
Drive the integration of new technologies into production-ready products and solutions</li><li>
Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies and competitive offerings</li><li>
Mentor and supervise interns and master&rsquo;s students</li><li>
Contribute to the company&rsquo;s IP portfolio by drafting and supporting patent applications</li></ul> 
Requirements:
Education: Master&rsquo;s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Industry experience in one or more of these domains is considered an advantage.
Minimum years of work experience: 3
Required skills:<ul><li>
Proven experience in developing and training machine learning models, particularly deep neural networks (DNNs)</li><li>
Strong expertise in digital signal processing, with a focus on speech and audio processing</li><li>
Solid programming skills in C and Python</li><li>
Good understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices</li><li>
Positive, proactive mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills</li><li>
Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken</li></ul>
