Job Title: HR &amp; Admin Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: 3500 to 4500 AEDJob DescriptionHuman Resources Management:<ul><li>Manage HR operations for our 3 companies.</li><li>Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job order applications, liaising with recruitment agencies (especially for blue-collar recruitment), and onboarding.</li><li>Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of employee leaves, absences, suspensions, resumptions, and travel ticket bookings.</li><li>Maintain complete and updated employee files (hard and soft copies).</li><li>Process insurance matters, including employee additions, deletions, and claims.</li><li>Conduct visa renewal meetings and ensure timely renewal of all employee-related documents (Visa, Emirates ID, Passport, Insurance).</li><li>Prepare training materials and deliver staff training sessions when required.</li><li>Lead and organize staff-related events, workshops, and meetings.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of HR reports to Finance for payroll processing, including updates on new hires, resignations, absences, warning letters, salary adjustments, WPS codes, and overtime.</li><li>Address and resolve all staff-related complaints and employee relations issues.</li></ul>Government &amp; Legal Compliance:<ul><li>Assist the PRO in all government-related processes, including visa and work permit applications, document typing, MOHRE, and immigration clearance.</li><li>Support PRO in handling labor disputes and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of company-related documents such as Trade License, Establishment Cards, and other regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Office Operations:<ul><li>Oversee office operations and administrative activities in the absence of the Office Manager to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Manage accommodation arrangements and address related issues or concerns.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for ISO certifications and coordinate QHSE training sessions.</li><li>Prepare outgoing correspondence, internal memos, and employee letters (including salary collection letters).</li><li>Ensure effective filing and documentation of all company records.</li><li>Coordinate with operations teams to keep them updated on staff schedules, leaves, suspensions, and new joiners.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE is mandatory. (Facility management/cleaning industry preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE, and immigration processes.</li><li>Experience handling PRO-related tasks and government portals.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Proficiency in English and Hindi is Mandatory.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment for our employees, provide support for accommodation needs, and maintain proper order and discipline in line with company policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage the daily operations of the ladies' accommodation.</li><li>Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of all residents.</li><li>Handle the accommodation-related queries and requests from employees.</li><li>Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or operational issues.</li><li>Enforce house rules and ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Organize and supervise weekly cleaning and maintenance of accommodation areas.</li><li>Report any security or health concerns to the HR department.</li><li>Manage and maintain accommodation records.</li><li>Assist in resolving any conflicts or issues between residents.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in camp management or a similar role.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>A caring and approachable demeanor.</li><li>Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
