Call Center Team LeaderFull timeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the service industry, be proficient in CRM and marketing tools, and excel in customer complaint resolution.
