Position Overview</b></div><div>
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Mobile Device Deployment &amp; Fulfillment Technician to manage provisioning, configuration, tracking, and shipping of Android tablets used by families across the country.</div><div>
This role blends IT device management, inventory control, and operational execution. You will be responsible for ensuring each tablet is correctly enrolled, configured, quality-checked, and shipped with precision.</div><div>
This is not a warehouse-only role. It is a technical operations position critical to our growth.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities
</b></div><div><b>Device Provisioning &amp; Configuration</b></div><ul><li>
Enroll Android tablets into MDM systems (Knox, Miradore, or similar)</li><li>
Assign and track IMEIs accurately</li><li>
Configure applications, settings, and remote access tools (e.g., SplashTop)</li><li>
Perform functional testing and quality assurance before shipment</li><li>
Troubleshoot device issues prior to deployment</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Fulfillment &amp; Shippin</b>g</div><ul><li>
Generate shipping labels (FedEx system/API integration)</li><li>
Pair device identity with shipment tracking</li><li>
Maintain organized staging and packing workflows</li><li>
Ensure packaging materials and documentation are accurate and up to date</li><li>
Process returns and redeploy devices</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Inventory &amp; Data Accuracy</b></div><ul><li>
Track tablet inventory, accessories, and supplies</li><li>
Maintain clean documentation of IMEI-to-family assignments</li><li>
Manage device lifecycle (new, deployed, returned, retired)</li><li>
Reconcile physical inventory with system records</li></ul><div>
Process Improvement</div><ul><li>
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements</li><li>
Support scaling from <b>30 100+ devices/day</b></li><li>
Collaborate with IT, operations, and fulfillment teams on automation initiatives (e.g., FedEx API, label systems)</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications</b></div><br>

Mobile Device Technician</b></li><li><b>
Hardware Configuration</b></li><li>
Experience provisioning Android devices preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with MDM systems (Knox, Miradore, Intune, etc.)</li><li>
Experience with IMEI tracking or hardware asset management</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy</li><li>
Comfortable working independently in an onsite environment</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li><b>
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments</b></li><li><b>
Experience with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS)</b></li><li><b>
Familiarity with label printers (Dymo, Zebra)</b></li><li>
Experience supporting remote teams</li><li>
