<div>ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a fire sprinkler service apprentice life safety technician to perform inspection, testing, service and repairs of fire sprinkler systems and related components. This includes confirming compliance with applicable life-safety and fire-safety requirements as mandated by standards, codes, manufacturers requirements, federal, state and local ordinances, customer requirements, and the expectations and requirements of the company. This is a fast paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
<ul><li>Perform inspection and testing of all types of fire sprinkler systems at the required frequencies in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in NFPA 25</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and perform service and repair of fire sprinkler systems such as fire pumps and related components</li>
<li>Record and document all inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations either electronically or manually</li>
<li>Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow up, quotes, questions, or concerns</li>
<li>Maintain vehicle in clean and orderly fashion. Keep vehicle stocked with parts, equipment, and supplies, necessary to perform the job</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and tools necessary to safely perform job
</li><li>Evaluate customer site for additional equipment and services that customer may require
</li><li>Work in compliance with the Company's safety program</li>
<li>Perform on-site and/or off-site (phone) emergency troubleshooting of sprinkler systems
</li><li>Test backflow prevention devices as required by NFPA 25 and state and local codes</li>
<li>Separate certification requirements may be necessary based upon the jurisdiction
</li><li>Discuss deficiencies noted with customer, explaining the problem and its resolution
</li><li>There may be situations which require work on nights, weekends, and/or holidays. For some locations, these demands will be more frequent or required than others. Discuss this with your manager</li>
<li>Must be comfortable with heights, working on ladders or lifts, or in confined spaces</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>A basic understanding of fire sprinkler or plumbing systems is useful be this is an entry-level role
</li><li>Must possess the ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals and percentages</li>
<li>Must possess the knowledge and ability to understand and operate basic computer functions, operating systems and software applications such as Windows, Word, Apple IOS, Android and Outlook. In addition, required to learn and use industry specific devices and software</li>
<li>Must currently have a valid U.S. driver's license</li>

</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS &amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Overtime may be required, and the number of hours may vary based on work location. May be exposed to all kinds of work environments. Varying work environments from hot to cold temperatures and exposure to dust. Occasionally asked to travel overnight to a customer location. Must be able to successfully lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Frequent lifting and carrying of toolboxes, equipment, parts, tools, equipment, cabling, and/or wiring. Frequent ladder climbing and checking, pulling wire, etc. Walking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and raising hands overhead. Driving is required and the amount of time driving may vary. Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for this position in accordance with safety standards

Fire Sprinkler Service Apprentice

<div><div>ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an account executive, who will join a strong sales team that values collaboration, communication and transparency. This individual is required to prospect in an assigned geographic territory. The account executive must convert prospects into customers using a defined process and market development sales activities. He/she will lead the effort to accelerate prospect acquisition by leveraging the company&rsquo;s highly differentiated value-adds through selling to targeted prospects. This proactive sales approach is supported by a savvy market development and demand generation strategy. The account executive must link the sales to the operational capability of CertaSite. This is a ground floor building opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious person. This role reports to Regional Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
<ul><li>Attract and convert prospects into new customers by consistently articulating the CertaSite value proposition</li>
<li>Follow the established sales strategy, processes and programs to shift prospects into new customers within the CertaSite Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform</li>
<li>Develop fire and life safety solutions that are a fit for each targeted prospect</li>
<li>Demonstrate efficient time management by spending time on activities that increase the chance of quota realization with a concern for EBITDA expansion, while also being value and mission driven
</li><li>Maintain the pulse on competition, as well as understand how the buyers of CertaSite products and services make purchasing decisions
</li><li>Drive revenue to CertaSite through prospects by establishing and selling solutions through the CertaSite platform of products and services</li>
<li>Establish scale and profitability by helping professionalize the Company&rsquo;s go-to-market strategy and sales function</li>
<li>Facilitate optimization of gross margin throughout the organization</li>
<li>Partner with marketing to ensure the CertaSite value proposition and selling &ldquo;story&rdquo; remains relevant</li>
<li>Gather all information needed to make informed recommendations
</li><li>Persuasively sell ideas to gain support and buy-in
</li><li>Use various communication techniques to gain cooperation in a negotiation
</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to remain resolute and resilient under stress

QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent education and work experience</li>
<li>3 &ndash; 5 years of progressive outside sales experience</li>
</ul>
IDEAL QUALITIES
<ul><li>Business to Business fire and life safety industry experience driving revenue and helping build strong GTM strategies</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of uncovering opportunities and advancing prospect opportunities to close by following a prescribed selling campaign process</li>
<li>Strong orientation to delivering winning outcomes and possessing an emotional engine that is contagiously felt throughout the organization
</li><li>Proficiency in identifying high value prospects, running a disciplined sales campaign and converting prospects into CertaSite customers</li>
