Join our dynamic team as a Dispatch Router at Certified Asset Recovery, a leading player in the vehicle recovery and repossession industry.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Coordinate and dispatch recovery agents to assignments across designated territories</li><li>Monitor and track field operations in real-time using GPS and dispatch software</li><li>Prioritize urgent calls and reroute agents as needed to ensure timely recoveries</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with field agents, clients, and internal teams</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatch activity</li><li>Troubleshoot and solve logistical issues on the fly</li><li>Plan and maintain pick-up schedules, ensuring agents are deployed effectively across service areas</li><li>Maintain daily assignment schedules and adjust routing based on agent availability and priority level</li><li>Assignment management</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Prior dispatching experience preferred</li><li>Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li><li>Ability to stay calm and efficient in high-pressure situations</li><li>Must be detail-oriented and dependable</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Full-time position (Monday-Friday)</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Bilingual communication skills are a plus (Spanish/English preferred)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Schedule:Monday -Friday 8a-5pm<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>No weekends</li></ul>Sarasota, FL 34238 (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
