Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, supporting marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and various communication needs. The role requires strong creativity, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and print documents.</li><li>Design visual content including banners, posters, brochures, logos, and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to produce cohesive designs.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and communication channels.</li><li>Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content.</li><li>Prepare final designs for print production and coordinate with printers/vendors as needed.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or similar.</li><li>Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing/animation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent creativity, communication, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to take constructive feedback and convert it into improved designs.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,454.94 - &#8377;40,118.81 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
