SUMMARY:CESA 8 is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Project-Based Videographer to support storytelling, marketing, and professional learning initiatives across our agency and the districts we serve. This role will produce, film, and edit high-quality video content that highlights the impact of our programs, educators, and partnerships.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage projects independently, collaborate with internal teams and school partners, and produce compelling visual content that aligns with CESA 8&rsquo;s mission and brand.ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content.</li><li>Collaborate with the Director of Communciations to develop storyboards, shot lists, and production timelines.</li><li>Travel to sites across the region for on-location filming.</li><li>Conduct on-camera interviews with educators, administrators, students, and partners.</li><li>Capture high-quality audio and lighting in a variety of school environments.</li><li>Edit footage into engaging short-form and long-form content for website, social media, and presentations.</li><li>Incorporate branding elements, graphics, animations, captions, and music consistent with CESA 8 standards.</li><li>Manage video file organization, storage, and delivery.</li><li>Ensure appropriate media releases and compliance with student privacy regulations.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of individuals, from four-year-old students to district administrators and community leaders.</li><li>Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve is preferred).</li><li>Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.</li><li>Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working in educational settings.</li><li>Knowledge of video formats and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Motion graphics experience</li><li>Drone certification (Part 107) is a plus.</li></ul>Why Work with CESA 8?CESA 8 supports innovation, leadership, and excellence in education across Northeast Wisconsin.
