Summary</b></p>

Responsible for fire prevention of assigned properties.</p><br>
<div><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b> include the following. Other duties may be assigned:<br>
<ul><li>Cut grass and trims weeds, bushes, trees etc.</li><li>Digs flower beds and plants flowers</li><li>Waters plants and trees</li><li>Cleans external areas of buildings, including blowing debris from parking lot, washing down buildings and windows</li><li>Cleans internal areas of buildings</li><li>Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup</li><li>Maintains the alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as appropriate</li><li>Paints interior and exterior walls and trim</li><li>Responds to emergency calls and situations as required</li><li>Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete</li><li>Repairs or replaces building brick, stone, and concrete</li><li>Maintains and repairs wood parts of buildings</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
QUALIFICATIONS</b><br>
<ul><li>1 to 3 years fire prevention/property maintenance experience</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul></div>

SALARY</b></p>
<p>
$17.00 per hour DOE</p></div>
