We are seeking bilingual Associate Recruitment Consultants fluent in English and Japanese. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases</li><li>
Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site)</li><li>
Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients</li><li>
Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs</li><li>
Present and promote qualified candidates to clients</li><li>
Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements</li><li>
Build and maintain client relationships through business development</li><li>
Promote Cesna Group&rsquo;s services to new and existing clients</li><li>
Negotiate terms of business with clients</li></ul> 

Requirements 
 
What Makes a Great Recruiter at Cesna Group<ul><li>
Experienced in sales or recruiting field
</li><li>Strategic thinker who works effectively under pressure</li><li>
Fluency in English; fluency in Japanese is highly desirable</li><li>
MBA preferred</li><li>

Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>
