At CESO, a Project Coordinator is a key position in the tracking and coordination for projects. The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager and project team in maintaining the project schedule and ensuring the project goals are met.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Track project milestones and project changes and produce updated schedules/documents.</li><li>
Provides administrative support to project managers and teams throughout all phases of architecture and engineering projects.</li><li>
Assists in the preparation, tracking, and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.</li><li>
Coordinates project communications among internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>
Maintains project records and ensures documentation is properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible.</li><li>
Helps organize, schedule, and attend project meetings, including the preparation of agendas, action items and meeting minutes and distribution of follow-up materials.</li><li>
Tracks action items and project milestones to support schedule adherence and team accountability.</li><li>
Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients (as directed by the Project Manager), Subconsultants and team to complete permitting forms as required per project-specific jurisdictional authorities.
</li><li>Works closely with project teams to ensure deliverables are prepared and submitted according to deadlines.</li><li>
Assists with compliance tracking, submittal logs, RFIs, and other project-related logs and registers.</li><li>
Ability to learn and utilize various individual governmental portals for submittals.</li><li>

Position Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.</li><li>
1 or more years of administrative experience in the AEC industry is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>
 Notary in State of business is preferred.</li><li>
Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products.</li><li>
Strong contract administration skills.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.</li><li>
Passion for customer service, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Rogers, AR: $52,260 - $60,823</div><div>
