YOUR ROLE
 Are you known for your equipment operation skills and passionate about warehouse logistics and organization? Do you enjoy working in a clean and efficient warehouse environment? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to execute essential operational processes and contribute to delivering results in a safe and efficient warehouse operation.
 
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 
Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times, such as working collaboratively, providing timely communication and instruction and assisting with operations as necessary.
 Execute various manual labor functions such as picking inventory, counting cargo, product and material and hand staging and loading goods; use manual equipment such as hand truck or pallet jack. Operate hand tools to close or open bales, build or tear down crates, and other containers or material; packaging can be advanced or non-standard.
 Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within assigned area. Prepare and assemble orders, move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other areas.
 Manage sorting and placement of materials or items on racks, shelves, pallets or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, product code and related characteristics; tend to be more more complex or in multiple cells or operations and fully trained.
 Potential opportunity to serve as a lead operator in less complex, smaller teams or standard operations. Assist with training and providing basic work instructions to new hires or transfers.
 Operate a forklift when required and is fully trained and operational; may not perform the most complex, heavy or oversized transports.
 Complete or verify appropriate forms, documents, labels and other information to ensure the accuracy of inventory, monitor and track material and successful receiving and/or delivery of goods; involves knowledge of several operations or varied goods and services.
 Identify potential operational or service concerns, notify appropriate co-workers and assist with resolving. Monitor various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, cleaning docks, proper storage of equipment, basic preventative maintenance and related tasks.
 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; Typically at least two years of warehousing or related logistics experience, or successful completion of a rotation program.
 Credentials: Forklift Certification typically required in most operations within 3 to 6 months of hire; Valid state issued driver’s license preferred.
 Skills: Ability to operate hand and power tools, including hand truck, pallet jack, and related warehouse equipment; Basic proficiency in Internet, web-based and job specific software applications; Ability to become forklift certified, when required.
 Characteristics: Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs; Ability to perform in a team environment. Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents

YOUR ROLE
 
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our UK, Ireland and Nordic Talent function on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality, end-to-end coordination of services across recruitment, learning & development, and talent initiatives.
 
This is a fast paced and varied role, ideal for someone with strong administrative capability, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
 
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, we offer hybrid working and a salary of up to £32,000 per annum dependant on experience.
 
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will support the resourcing team by coordinating recruitment activities from approval through to vacancy management, working closely with hiring managers on adverts, offers, onboarding and queries, particularly across frontline and driver populations. You will manage the shared careers inbox and produce the weekly vacancy bulletin.
 
You will collaborate with learning & development to coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling, event logistics and system updates (LMS, Training Orchestra, intranet and SharePoint), alongside supporting with reporting and audit requirements.
 
Working closely with the Head of Talent, you will support key talent processes such as People Review and Hi-Po programmes, as well as broader talent initiatives. In addition, you will prepare reports, manage purchase orders and invoices, and provide general support across the Talent function.
 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 
To be successful in your application you will have proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a HR or recruitment environment. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and possess strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You will be a confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders, a proactive, solutions focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach and proficient in MS Office, such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
 
Desirable skills:

<li>Exposure to reporting, data analysis or content creation</li>

 Responsible for managing the CEVA physical security program in an assigned region. Reviews all physical security requests and evaluates requests based on CEVA security, customer, government, regulatory, and industry standards. Ensures physical security related expenditures remain within budgetary expectations. Provides leadership and oversight to physical security projects in coordination and collaboration with relevant business partners.
 
 
 
 
 WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 Lead the oversight, management and integration of CEVA physical security guidelines and procedures at all assigned regional locations to ensure effective maintenance of security standards and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

 Provide leadership and guidance to assigned Regional Security Managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all CEVA guidelines for procurement are followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive all operational physical security requests, review requests based on requirements of CEVA, customer, government, regulatory, and industry standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead physical security projects within assigned region to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and audit guard coverage invoicing for assigned region. Identify, investigate, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review proposed customer security requirements and indicate any areas of non-compliance with appropriate CEVA business partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with CEVA Business Development to ensure new awarded customer security requirements are implemented as directed by contractual obligations and meet CEVA Security Standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with CEVA Security Investigations to ensure all investigative matters are coordinated with all relevant business partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and implement new technology that improves the overall CEVA security infrastructure while reducing costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct security audits as necessary and in compliance with the CEVA Security audit policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform on-site security assessments in coordination with site leadership to identify potential areas of vulnerability and mitigation actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with operational site leadership to resolve issues and improve overall security effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain a rapport with CEVA customer security departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure surveillance systems, security systems and alarms in field locations are maintained and operational.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal research and/or participation in professional organizations.
