The Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst for SAP Plant Maintenance knows how to drive initiatives of all sizes across the Business Function. You are a self-starting individual with an aptitude for creative and critical thinking. Major Responsibilities:</p></div><ul><li><div>
Lead solutions through the SAP S4/HANA life cycle following through from inception to go live and beyond.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver creative solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.</div></li><li><div>
Advise decision makers by providing insightful data visualizations and reporting to drive impactful business decisions.</div></li><li><div>
Lead projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors. Drive projects end to end while ensuring stakeholder alignment along the way.</div></li><li><div>
Ensures that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; clearly and frequently communicates the status</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for influencing the future of business Systems while engaging and participating in System/ Product selection &amp; evaluation.</div></li></ul></div><ul><li><div>
Define Scope and strategy of quality assurance to keep the business Systems current &amp; reliable</div></li><li><div>
Manage operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentations, status reports, key issues and/or change controls.</div></li><li><div>
Analyze the overall health of business systems at CF through system issue tracking and cross-functional alignment.</div></li><li><div>
Lead in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance transformation from legacy systems and manage the data migration to SAP S/4HANA.</div></li><li><div>
Lead plant maintenance master data management and advise on master data governance strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Provide end user training and support for Plant Maintenance. Develop and maintain functional systems design documents, business process documentation, and end-user training materials.</div></li><li><div>
Serve as point person for addressing issues and enhancements for the PM area and integration with related SAP modules.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate on design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of ancillary integrated systems. E.g. GE Meridium for Mechanical Integrity, Oracle Primavera P6 for Project Scheduling, Tableau and Azure Data Lake for Reporting.</div></li></ul><p></p><div><p>
Internal Controls</p></div><ul><li><div>
Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed.</div></li><li><div>
Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.</div></li></ul><p></p><div><p>
Incumbent Attributes:</p></div><ul><li><div><p>
Education:
</p>Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Computer Science) or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.</div></li><li><div><p>
Years of experience:
</p>7+ years of related professional work experience hands-on configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance.</div></li><li><div><p>
Other unique job-relevant attributes:</p></div><ul><li><div>
Expert working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, Fiori, and related SAP modules.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum of one end to end SAP S/4HANA implementation.</div></li><li><div>
Strong business process knowledge in Plant Maintenance and Asset Management.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations</div></li><li><div>
Business test planning/coordination experience</div></li><li><div>
Experience of and participation in the change process, attending change board as a representative</div></li><li><div>
Excellent oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT Service with Business goals</div></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p>
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $99,500 - $139,900</p><p></p><p>
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.</p><p></p><p>
In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a potential of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer&rsquo;s contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
