In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for designing, marketing, and executing CF&rsquo;s insurance programs, while building strong relationships across the enterprise and the insurance market.</p><p></p><div><p>
Key responsibilities include:</p></div><ul><li><div>
Supporting annual insurance renewals and marketing efforts, including gathering exposure data, loss information, and underwriting materials</div></li><li><div>
Working closely with brokers and insurance carriers, helping coordinate submissions, presentations, and follow‑up questions</div></li><li><div>
Assisting with insurance program analysis, including coverage comparisons, scenario testing, and identification of potential gaps</div></li><li><div>
Helping manage ongoing insurer relationships through data updates, stewardship reporting, and post‑renewal support</div></li><li><div>
Supporting enterprise risk assessments and monitoring key operational and financial risk exposures</div></li><li><div>
Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on claims reporting procedures and insurance-related questions</div></li><li><div>
Developing and maintaining insurance and risk dashboards used by leadership and business partners</div></li></ul><p></p><p>

Required:</p></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Engineering, Science, Finance, Business, or a related field</div></li><li><div>
0&ndash;3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co‑ops, or rotational programs)</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail</div></li><li><div>
Ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners</div></li><li><div>

The Senior Financial Analyst for the Financial Planning and Analysis Department will support the forecasting activities and management reporting analysis, improving the processes and analyses to gain further insights into company performance and operational efficiencies. The incumbent develops and maintains financial models supporting financial performance, operational performance, and ad-hoc analyses. This position mainly manages and supports the capital expenditures forecasting and reporting, along with some analysis and reporting for the financial statements.<p></p><div><p>

Job Responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul><li>
Drive the full lifecycle of the Capital Expenditures (CapEx) planning process, from AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) approval, to actual spending, to closing the project</li><li>
Manages the multi-year CapEx forecasts and budgets by partnering with engineering, operations and finance teams to ensure forecasts and other relevant data are up to date</li><li>
Manages the AFE workflow system, confirming that the data is correct while ensuring the prompt approval of projects</li><li>
Completes lease vs buy analysis for applicable AFEs in collaboration with site teams and / or corporate business partners</li><li>
Develops summaries of CapEx spend and depreciation expense by legal entity for treasury and tax departments</li><li>
Manages and maintains models for the calculation of EBITDA waterfalls, ensuring variances are properly calculated and explained</li><li>
Prepares reports for management review and Board presentations</li><li>
Works with all data contributors to improve planning and forecasting process updates in an effort to enhance analysis of business drivers, specifically as it relates to the planning and reporting of CapEx</li><li>
Advocates for continuous system improvement in order to increase efficiencies and enhance understanding of reporting and planning process at all levels of the organization</li><li>
Provides a key role in the preparation, analysis and communication of quarterly forecasts, long range plan and annual plan for our consolidated financial statements</li><li>
Assists other department personnel with the preparation, analysis, review and other aspects of financial updates</li><li>
Provides recommendations and assists with periodic implementations of changes to formal policies and procedures</li><li>
Administration of Oracle system, ensuring data transferring between Oracle and SAP is accurate and complete, as well as back end administration of system with support from IT</li><li>

Successful incumbents will have:</p><p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of GAAP and FASB pronouncements beneficial</li><li>
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A or accounting</li><li>
Substantial experience in computer-based budgeting and financial modeling</li><li>
Experience with Oracle and SAP preferred</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically advanced in Excel &amp; Powerpoint)</li><li>
Advanced oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals throughout the organization</li><li>

Position Scope/Contribution:</p><p></p><p>
The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis must be able to function as a team player in a deadline-oriented environment. The role requires an incumbent that is driven with strong upward mobility and a growth mindset. The incumbent must be able to understand the economic structure of CFI&rsquo;s manufacturing and distribution systems and their impact on CFI&rsquo;s financial statements. Seasonal overtime (approximately 10-20 hours per week) is expected.</p><p></p><p>
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $120,745 - $139,810</p><p></p><p>
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.</p><p></p><p>
