 Description:
 
 
 
 The Back-Office Officer is responsible to handle several operational tasks such as clients onboarding, clients account opening, KYC validation, as well as provide support to the sales and compliance teams.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Validate clients' KYC documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and provide timely follow-up and assistance
 </li>
 <li>
 Open client accounts using CRM systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Create clients file and ensure a proper documentation of data records after Compliance review
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform client screening to identify potential politically exposed persons (PEP) and adverse media matches
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the sales team for an accurate update of client information
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular client file reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with other administrative tasks related to the department tasks and responsibilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Compliance team with document requests for transaction monitoring, and any other request
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a constant update on compliance requirements and regulatory changes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 No Previous experience is requested (one-year experience in related field is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge in Microsoft Word &amp; Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Good written and verbal communication skills (English language is a must)
 </li>
 <li>
 Stress Management skills with the ability to perform tasks in an efficient and rapid manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt easily into a fast-paced evolving environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work different shift.

 Description:
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
 
 
 The Relationship Officer will accept responsibility for the relationship management of key clients and partners in Dubai. The main aim will be to expand the company's market share in the UAE.
 
 
 This includes new client acquisition, client-related administration, account opening, and existing client retention efforts as part of the group's business development unit. The candidate will be directly responsible for relationship management (which can be slightly technical) and sales.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &middot; Ability to generate and convert leads to accounts
 
 
 &middot; On-board new clients and achieve the company&rsquo;s targets
 
 
 &middot; Ensure client satisfaction by providing quality support and service
 
 
 &middot; Manage clients' requests by Coordinating with different departments
 
 
 &middot; Acquisition of HNWI and retail customers through Proactive research
 
 
 &middot; Work closely with the business development team to enhance the products and services

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &middot; University degree in Finance or related field
 
 
 &middot; Minimum of 1 year of experience in an FX Sales position within a brokerage or bank
 
 
 &middot; Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, CFD's, Commodities, Shares, Indices, etc.
 
 
 &middot; Experience with retail/HNWI clients and institutional clients.
 
 
 &middot; Sales-driven, and ambitious professional with a positive attitude.
 
 
 &middot; Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
