<div>WORK LOCATION: Remote/Dispatch &mdash; Field-Based with On-Call Rotation
The Hope&rsquo;s Voice Advocate provides direct victim assistance, crisis intervention, and comprehensive case management services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related crimes. This position operates primarily in a remote/dispatch model, responding to survivors in community, field, and legal settings rather than a fixed office environment. On-call availability is a core and substantial component of this role. The Advocate serves as a frontline representative of Hope&rsquo;s Voice across all service areas and works in close coordination with law enforcement, healthcare, prosecution, and community partners.
Essential Functions &amp; Duties
Crisis Response &amp; Direct Services<ul><li>
Respond to crisis calls viathe Hope&rsquo;sVoice Hotline, including after-hours and on-call shifts, as dispatched</li><li>
Provide crisis intervention services to survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) as the primary crisis response function; SA and IPV crisis response is a shared responsibility across all Hope&rsquo;s Voice team members.</li><li>
Conduct danger and lethality assessments with survivors; develop and document individualized safety plans</li><li>
Assistsurvivors in understanding their rights and remedies;facilitatereferrals to legal counsel as appropriate</li><li>
Assistsurvivors in obtaining protective orders, navigating the court system, and accessing Victim Assistance</li></ul>
Case Management &amp; Referrals<ul><li>
Provide comprehensive case management services to survivors and their families, including needs assessment, goal planning, and follow-up</li><li>
Coordinate referrals to community partners for housing, healthcare, childcare, education, employment, financial services, and other specializedassistance</li><li>
Provide services without regard to gender, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or lifestyle</li></ul>
Community &amp; Partner Relations<ul><li>
Develop andmaintainprofessional working relationships with law enforcement, prosecutors, healthcare providers, courts, financial services, and social service agencies</li><li>
Represent Hope&rsquo;s Voice and CFS, Corp. positively in all community interactions; promote awareness of available services</li><li>
Participate in outreach activities and community events as assigned</li></ul>
Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Maintainaccurate,timelyrecords including case notes, data collection, incident reports, and statistical reporting required by ICJI, ICADV, and other funders/regulators</li><li>
Complete all data entry in applicable systems consistent with program requirements</li><li>
Maintain strict confidentiality for all survivors, volunteers, and familiesin accordance withapplicable law and organizational policy</li><li>
Adhere toVAWA,HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 (where applicable), Joint Commission standards, and CFS, Corp. policies and procedures</li></ul>
Training &amp; Professional Development<ul><li>
Stay current on trauma-informed care, IPV/sexual assault dynamics, and evidence-based prevention strategies</li><li>
Maintain required certifications and attend all mandatory training, staff meetings, and professional development as assigned</li></ul>

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour 
Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week
Qualifications
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related human services field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Minimum five (5) years of experience in social services, with preference for direct experience in domestic violence or sexual assault services</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of IPV and sexual assault dynamics, trauma-informed approaches, and survivor-centered service delivery</li></ul>
Background<ul><li>
Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements of CFS, Corp. and applicable state regulations</li><li>
No felony convictions or pending felony/misdemeanor charges that would pose risk to survivors or compromise the integrity of Hope&rsquo;s Voice services</li></ul>
