We are seeking talented Architects to join our growing Architecture &amp; Planning team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of contributing to all phases of architectural projects with strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in the conceptual design, schematic design, and design development of architectural projects.</li><li>Produce and review detailed construction drawings, models, and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure cohesive and accurate project documentation.</li><li>Conduct site visits, surveys, and support construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.</li><li>Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, diagrams, and client-facing documents.</li><li>Assist senior architects in project planning, code analysis, and regulatory approvals.</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and firm standards.</li><li>Participate actively in internal design critiques and contribute creative, technical, and strategic insights.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.</li><li>3+ years of professional architectural experience in a design or architecture firm.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in BIMs.</li><li>Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes.</li><li>Ability to produce accurate and coordinated drawings with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.</li></ul>Location: Karachi (Clifton)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you proficient in BIMS?</li><li>Are you comfortable commuting to Clifton for work?</li><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>architecture &amp; planning: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
