Technical Skills Required 
1. Python Programming 
<ul><li>Strong understanding of Python syntax and features (especially across versions, e.g., Python 3.6 3.10+).</li><li>Experience with Python package management (pip, venv, conda, etc.).</li><li>Ability to refactor or update legacy Python code to be compatible with newer versions.</li></ul>
2. Apache Airflow 
<ul><li>Hands-on experience with Airflow DAGs, Operators, Sensors, and Hooks.</li><li>Familiarity with Airflow configuration, plugins, and deployment.</li><li>Understanding of Airflow version changes (e.g., from 1.x to 2.x or 2.x to 2.7+) and their impact on DAGs and architecture.</li></ul>
3. OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) 
<ul><li>Experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift.</li><li>Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in OpenShift for deploying Airflow and Python apps.</li></ul>
4. Version Upgrade &amp; Migration 
<ul><li>Experience upgrading Python environments and resolving compatibility issues.</li><li>Experience upgrading Airflow (including database migrations, breaking changes, and plugin compatibility).</li><li>Knowledge of testing strategies to validate upgrades (unit tests, integration tests, DAG validation).</li></ul>
