CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a <b>Sr. Engineering Designer </b>to join our <b>Aviation Team</b> in <b>Evansville, IN</b>, where you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in delivering specialized designs for airports of all sizes. This is your opportunity to guide junior designers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to projects that promote sustainability.
</p>What You'll Do::
<ul><li>Lead the research, preparation, and creation of various types of contract or construction drawings using industry software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, etc.</li><li>
Provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, ensuring quality and consistency across all project work</li><li>
Collaborate with design teams on multiple projects to meet client, contractual, and company requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner</li><li>
Participate in project review meetings, assist in developing technical reports, material costs, and construction estimates</li><li>
Prepare project &ldquo;As-Builts&rdquo; documentation and support field assignments as needed</li></ul>
What You Bring::
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Science, or related technical field required</li><li>
Minimum of 7 years&rsquo; experience in document production within the engineering discipline required; aviation experience preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in discipline-based software (REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative work ethic</li><li>
Solid working knowledge of engineering discipline
</li><li>Ability to lead design drawing layout

</p>Salary Range::

$40.00 - $46.00</div><div></div><div><br>
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.</div>
