OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly organized Household &amp; Personal Assistant / Nanny to support a busy family in Fullerton, CA. Hours for this role are 5:30 am - 10:30 am, Monday through Friday. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide attentive childcare while also helping manage the day-to-day operations of a well-run home.The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive, structured, and nurturing environment for four children, while also ensuring the household runs smoothly. This is a trusted, long-term role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities: Childcare<ul><li>Provide attentive, hands-on care for children of various ages</li><li>Manage daily routines including school/daycare drop-offs and pick-ups</li><li>Assist with dressing, hygiene, homework, and daily structure</li><li>Engage children in educational activities, play, and developmental exercises</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks based on dietary needs</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s overall well-being, safety, and emotional development</li><li>Follow all safety protocols, including First Aid procedures when necessary</li></ul>Household Management<ul><li>Prepare meals for up to six people, including meal planning and kitchen upkeep</li><li>Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, organizing common areas)</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning home environment</li><li>Run errands (grocery shopping, banking, mailing packages, car maintenance, etc.)</li><li>Manage and restock household inventory and supplies</li><li>Care for family dog (feeding, walking, bathing, playtime)</li><li>Maintain and update the household calendar, schedules, and appointments</li><li>Assist with home organization projects and occasional travel planning</li></ul>Home Office &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the home office</li><li>Create and manage filing systems (digital and physical)</li><li>Handle sensitive documents with confidentiality (scanning, shredding, filing)</li><li>Provide occasional support with event or party planning</li></ul>QualificationsExperience<ul><li>5+ years of experience in a nanny, household assistant, or similar role</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Some college coursework preferred</li><li>Background or interest in fine arts is a plus</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance</li><li>Current First Aid and CPR certification</li><li>Current COVID-19 and Tdap (whooping cough) vaccinations</li><li>Strong experience caring for infants, toddlers, and/or school-aged children</li><li>Experience preparing healthy meals and following food safety standards</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles, especially with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities</li><li>First aid certification to respond confidently in emergencies</li><li>Ability to cook nutritious meals and snacks suitable for young children</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines efficiently</li><li>Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience and positive communication skills</li></ul>This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a family&rsquo;s daily life&mdash;supporting both the children&rsquo;s growth and the smooth operation of the home.
