We are looking for a Male Sales &amp; Marketing Executive (MBA in Marketing) with 5&ndash;10 years of experience in reputed industries &mdash; preferably construction, infrastructure, or real estate. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong client-handling skills, and proven expertise in business development and project-based sales (PMC model).Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, calls, and online platforms.</li><li>Approach builders, architects, government departments, and corporate clients.</li><li>Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in deal closures.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, target sheets, and weekly performance updates.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Management and Technical teams for client requirements.</li></ul>Marketing Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online &amp; offline).</li><li>Promote the company and its services via social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.</li><li>Work with the design team to develop brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Conduct market research and track competitor activities and industry trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of proven experience in Sales &amp; Marketing</li><li>Experience in construction / infrastructure / PMC companies preferred</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English</li><li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) &amp; basic digital marketing tools</li><li>Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented</li><li>Willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-value PMC projects</li><li>Exposure to industry-level clients and projects</li><li>Direct collaboration with top management &amp; leadership team</li><li>Growth-oriented, professional work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
