Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Territory Sales Manager.
What you will need<ul><li>
You must be 18 years or older.</li><li>
You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.</li><li>
You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers and coworkers.</li><li>
You must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.</li><li>
You must have a valid driver's license.</li></ul>
How you will make an Impact<ul><li>
Presents and sells Company products and services to current and potential customers.</li><li>
Distributes various sales and marketing materials such as, but not limited to, product catalogs, sales flyers, corporate brochures and cut sheets.</li><li>
Develops basic presentations, quotes and proposals for individual customers and groups as needed.</li><li>
Establishes, develops and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates alike.</li><li>
Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.</li><li>
Prepares and follows daily, weekly and monthly call schedule for current and potential customers.</li><li>
Identifies sales prospects and contacts these, and other accounts, as assigned in a prioritized manner.</li><li>
Promptly identifies and troubleshoots customer issues and concerns using Company-approved methods and guidelines.</li><li>
Assists and supports the Accounts Receivable Department in the collection of past due monies by gathering desired information, submitting critical information and performing any/all activity assigned by management in collection of such funds.</li><li>
Seeks out strategic customer/competitor information and data utilizing only ethical means, determined by Company, to promote greater sales penetration and improve customer relations.</li><li>
Utilizes numerous Company sale reports to capture, support and expand sales growth and penetration.</li><li>
Provides or assists on-the-job training for new and/or current associates.</li></ul>

 Overview
 
 
 
 This position is responsible for assisting the Inventory Control Manager with the performance of the warehouse order processing team. This role also may be required to pull and check orders to ensure all work is completed within allowed time constraints. This role assists in keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Daily work schedules vary according to business transactions and customer needs. Work shifts may include and require late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will need:

 Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Pass all pre-employment, background check and drug testing.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers and coworkers.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Have previous leadership experience of at least 1 year.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Have previous management experience of 4 or more people
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 How you will make an Impact:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Prepare, communicate, and expedite branch product replenishment paperwork receiving and shipments.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Compile and complete change processes that occur daily as part of the branch system. This includes computer data entry and communication of changes to Chadwell Branch personnel and other Chadwell Supply departments as required.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Serves as the primary point of contact between the Chadwell Distribution Center and Chadwell Supply branch warehouse personnel.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Employee must strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product inventory, selection, checking, receiving and preparation of paperwork and documents in addition to communication with company personnel.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Employee must provide a positive attitude, morale and cooperative spirit with other Chadwell employees. &bull; Supervise and assist with product selection and transfer product packaging and palletization to ensure order pulling and shipment efficiency and accuracy.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Ensure that all inventory, receiving, and shipments are accurately recorded and tracked in the Chadwell Supply computer operating system.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Employee is responsible to work with management on inventory, receiving and shipment process changes as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Other duties as assigned.
