Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 26 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Inventory Coordinator.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will need</h3><ul><li>
You must be 21 years or older.</li><li>
You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkway.</li><li>
You must have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.</li></ul>
How you will make an impact<ul><li>
Performs a daily inspection of all warehouse product aisles and areas, and provide written notification of any unsafe conditions to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.</li><li>
Performs and completes daily cycle counting, process customer returns and vendor returns and all other duties as assigned by management or Lead Inventory Control Coordinator .</li><li>
Performs and submits, as directed, all daily cycle count paperwork and relays specific count or product issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator via cycle count documents.</li><li>
Inventory Control personnel will generously assist in loading and unloading goods onto or off of delivery vehicles as required and according to Chadwell Supply operating procedures.</li><li>
Records, processes, and re-stocks all customer returned products returned by Chadwell delivery drivers.</li><li>
Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attend weekly safety meetings with other personnel.</li></ul>

 Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Branch Delivery Logistics Manager oversees the transporting of products, goods and materials from and between a distribution facility, customers, and vendors. Daily work schedule may vary according to business transactions and customer needs including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Required to be proficient with all Chadwell Supply delivery routes associated with the distribution branch to which they are assigned. The Branch Delivery Logistics Manager may be required to fill in and substitute for a Delivery Driver on an as needed basis. Responsible for leading, planning, coordinating and managing all details and duties of the Delivery Drivers associated with the distribution branch assigned.

 Have previous employee supervision experience and a minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a warehouse/delivery working environment.

 Above average computer literacy and experience are required for this position.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Have the ability to learn and adapt to changes in work processes and able to train all employees on changes as they occur.

 Be an adept driver and capable of operating Chadwell Supply delivery vehicles.

 Able to safely work and lead others to safely work in any traffic or weather condition according to the customer&rsquo;s business needs.

 Supervise and coordinate to perform and complete all deliveries, vendor pick-ups and other delivery driver duties as assigned by Management.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Monitor, receive, maintain and submit as directed all daily customer delivery receipts, relay specific customer issues or requests to management via delivery documents and ensure that all delivery drivers under his or her supervision comply with required delivery procedures and documentation
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Maintain and record accurate daily records of miles driven, number of delivery stops, and all unusual occurrences and ensure that all delivery drivers under his or her supervision comply with mileage and delivery related reports.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Receive and review all fuel receipts, invoices, and reports ensuring that all delivery drivers under his or her supervision comply with required fuel related documentation.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Ensure that all delivery drivers under his or her supervision protect funds and delivery documentation from damage, loss or destruction.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Train and ensure that all delivery drivers, under his or her supervision, in loading and unloading of goods in accordance with operating procedures and assist customers with product placement according to policy
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Review and correct delivery driver employee time reports, monitor and control delivery driver overtime. Schedule, review, and coordinate delivery driver vacation requests and time off to ensure customer delivery coverage.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Monitor delivery driver GPS tracking software and reports to maximize delivery driver routes.
 
 
 </li>
