Overview 
Assist customers and sales staff with technical HVAC issues and process HVAC product warranties. Knowledgeable in the workings of HVAC unit functions, is familiar with different manufacturers in the industry and their models. Able to troubleshoot and source parts needed for customers. In addition, the Specialist will source, price and process special order quotes, orders, and returns. The HVAC Specialist will work closely with warehouse personnel, account managers and all branch managers to expedite warranties, orders, returns and any logistic issues.
What you will need<ul><li>
Be a minimum of 18 years of age.</li><li>
Be self-motivated and able to communicate with applicants, vendors, managers and coworkers.</li><li>
Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, electrical; or a combination of training, education, and experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of materials, tools, methods, and equipment used in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.</li><li>
Knowledge of maintenance practices for typical commercial properties.</li></ul>
How you will make an Impact<ul><li>
Able to answer the phone with a clear friendly tone.
</li><li>Assist customers and sales staff with HVAC needs and requests.</li><li>
Process HVAC Warranties and ship replacement product.
</li><li>Prepare and later distribute the reports of vendor activities, such as lead times on delivery of product, in order to effectively utilize the more consistent vendors.</li><li>
Able to process quotes and deliver to customer within 24-48-hour time frame.</li><li>
Acknowledge and process all emails in an effective workflow.</li><li>
Participate in Lunch and Learns and all other product knowledge opportunities.</li><li>
Actively track returns to resolution as well as track orders to fulfillment.</li><li>
Remain logged into the queues during business hours.</li></ul>

Basic computer literacy and experience is required for this position.</li><li>

Overview
The Director of Pricing is responsible for developing, governing, and executing the pricing strategy and pricing operations that support profitable revenue growth across Chadwell Supply. This leader oversees Pricing Support &amp; Analytics, Pricing Administration (Contracts), and partners cross-functionally to ensure pricing accuracy, competitive positioning, and alignment with financial and revenue goals. 
The Director of Pricing ensures that pricing remains a strategic asset &mdash; driving margin improvement, supporting sales execution, enabling accurate forecasting, and equipping leadership with the insights required to make informed decisions. This position also ensures pricing compliance, contract accuracy, and proper implementation across systems, markets, and customer segments.
What you will need<ul><li>
7+ years of pricing, revenue management, analytics, finance, or related commercial experience.</li><li>
Experience with large datasets, pricing tools, analytical modeling, and CRM/ERP systems.</li><li>
Experience in distribution, B2B, industrial products, or multifamily-related sectors.</li><li>
Leadership experience in pricing operations or contract administration.</li><li>
Experience improving pricing governance, margin strategy, and forecasting maturity.</li></ul>

Own and evolve the enterprise pricing strategy across products, markets, and customer segments to drive margin growth and competitiveness</li><li>
Establish and maintain a unified pricing architecture and governance framework aligned with financial and revenue goals</li><li>
Lead pricing analytics and support functions, including margin analysis, competitive studies, elasticity modeling, and executive reporting</li><li>
Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analysis to inform strategic and long-term decision-making</li><li>
Oversee pricing administration and contract management to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent pricing execution</li><li>
Partner with Sales Operations to align contract terms, system configuration, and customer expectations</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align pricing with business strategy and systems</li><li>
Drive pricing execution excellence by improving processes, governance, accuracy, and cycle times</li><li>
Reduce pricing errors, friction, and customer issues through continuous process improvement</li><li>
Lead, develop, and mentor pricing teams, setting clear KPIs and building future analytical leaders</li></ul>
