Company: Chai Shots Private Limited Experience: 3&ndash;7 Years Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA Location: HyderabadAbout the RoleChai Shots is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage core accounting operations, statutory compliance, and monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST/TDS, reconciliations, and audit support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounting including sales, purchase, expense booking, journal entries, asset accounting, and ledger maintenance.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, credit terms, ageing analysis, and vendor reconciliations.</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all ledgers are accurate and updated.</li><li>Ensure timely month-end closing, preparation of trial balance, P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow.</li><li>Prepare and publish monthly reports including MIS dashboards, cost reports, inventory reports, variance analysis, fund flow statements, and management review summaries.</li><li>File GST returns, TDS returns, advance tax workings, and support other statutory filings as required.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation required for statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and compliance reviews.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and banks for queries, documentation, and financial data.</li><li>Monitor inventory movements, perform stock reconciliations, coordinate with warehouse teams, and support costing evaluations.</li><li>Review internal financial controls, identify gaps in processes, and help implement corrective measures.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning by preparing data, workings, and periodic financial comparisons.</li><li>Track receivables, follow up with customers for payments, and prepare ageing analysis reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies.</li><li>Work closely with finance leadership to maintain financial discipline, accuracy, and timely reporting.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Semi-Qualified CA with strong accounting expertise.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in core accounting and compliance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP/Zoho Books and MS Excel.</li><li>Ability to work independently with accuracy and ownership.</li></ul>Why Chai Shots?<ul><li>Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to financial discipline.</li><li>Rapidly growing brand with strong career growth potential.</li><li>Ownership-driven role with a chance to streamline and build finance processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
