Role Purpose</b></div><br>

<li>Tactical Sourcers for ONO Category covering different sub-categories in ONO for high value and complex deals.</li></ul><br>

Relationship Management</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Proactively foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues in and across the region(s) to deliver defined business goals.</li>
<li>Develop key client stakeholder matrix per category/location, maintaining regular engagement and driving high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure appropriate supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers.</li>
<li>Act as key contact person for IT category with expertise on one of sub-categories (ITO/BPO) and sourcing initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong and Hands on in Sourcing and Global Procurement.</li>
<li>Should lead client souring and Procurement delivery team acting as a focal point of execution.</li>
<li>Apply best practices and procedure to resolve the issues, demonstrate through understanding and application of concepts and knowledge in business and Procurement operations, legal background/strong contractual understanding.</li>
<li>Strong internal and external stakeholder collaboration.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li>
<li>Solution oriented and contribute to value proposition in souring and procurement domain.</li>

</li></ul><p><b>Sourcing Planning</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform spend and contract analysis to identify sourcing and cost reduction opportunities.</li>
<li>Ability to formulate category specific cost models such as T&amp;M, Managed Capacity, Managed Service, Fixed Fee, deliverable based outcomes/managed outcomes, Gain-Sharing Pricing etc. for appropriate business needs.</li>
<li>Working with clients and colleagues, define and implement commodity strategies and sourcing area plans for global region, especially APAC, whilst ensuring appropriate alignment to global and regional strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure representation of regional/local interests and requirement of APAC clients to Global sourcing categories.
</li></ul><p><b>Client and stakeholder relationship Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication with key client stakeholders and colleagues in and across the region(s) to deliver defined business goals.</li>
<li>Develop key client stakeholder matrix per category/location, maintaining regular engagement and driving high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Ensure appropriate supplier relationship management for assigned suppliers.</li>
<li>Act as key contact person for all global location on allocated category (Outsourcing &amp; Offshoring) and sourcing initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct operational review meetings with the client team.</li>
<li>Manage the reporting of metrics, SLA and KPIs.</li>
<li>Lead process improvement discussions and perform efficiency and effectiveness projects to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Management of Sourcing Initiatives</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and execute ONO sourcing projects from end-to-end in line with agreed timelines and service quality.</li>
<li>Deliver allocated savings target as assigned to categories and locations though the effective management of sourcing initiatives, with proper tracking and reporting of savings achievements.</li>
<li>Adhere to defined sourcing policies and processes.</li>
<li>Ensure a high-level of ethics in supplier and / or client engagements.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Sourcing Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide sourcing subject matter expertise, solutions and be involved to support client engagements and / or pitches.</li>
<li>Provide sourcing planning and execution of projects across a dynamic, multi-client environment.</li></ul><br>

Main responsibilities will include:</b></div><br>

<li>Ability to work independently as well as being a team-player as part of a cross functional team.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing and contracting experience in Knowledge of procurement of the following sub-categories - IT services</li>
<li>Deep understanding of BPO and ITO categories.</li>
<li>Ability to negotiate and maintain relationship with the third-party ONO vendors.</li>
<li>Highly competent in negotiations and contract knowledge with a strong ability to converse, negotiate with suppliers (preferably ONO vendors) / clients and review contracts in English.</li>
<li>Strong project management experience.</li>
<li>Experienced in conducting tenders (request for information/proposal/quotation).</li>
<li>Cross-category sourcing experience will be advantageous</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>

Qualification:</p>
<ul>
<li>University degree (ideally in economics or Supply Management and/or Legal) or industry experience equivalent.</li>
<li>Additional Sourcing/Procurement certification will be advantageous.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written English and Simplified Chinese (preferred).</li>
</ul>
<p><b> </b><b>Experience:</b><b>
</b></p><ul><li>A minimum of 15-18 years&rsquo; experience and demonstrable success in strategic sourcing ideally gained in an international environment. Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make the appropriate decisions for the client(s) and resolve conflicts effectively.
</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as being a team-player as part of a cross functional team.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing and contracting experience in IT Professional Services Category (also known as ITO), which includes outsourced services that are involved within a software application development lifecycle such as business analysis, project management, application development, application testing, application support, application maintenance and all related services to change, enhance and improve applications.
</li><li>Ability to negotiate and maintain relationship with the third-party IT Professional Services vendors like Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS etc., who can provide their resources a) to augment the existing client resources to perform the above-mentioned ITO services and/or b) to deliver the above ITO services wholly, or in part, in the form of managed services.</li>
<li>Highly competent in negotiations and contract knowledge with a strong ability to converse, negotiate with suppliers (preferably ITO vendors) / clients and review contracts in English.</li>
<li>Strong project management experience.</li>
<li>Experienced in conducting tenders (request for information/proposal/quotation).</li>

Tasks and Responsibilities:
</b></div></div><ul><li>Support end-to-end <b>sourcing projects</b> across <b>indirect spend categories</b>, especially <b>Professional Services</b> (e.g., Business Consulting, Audit, HR, Legal, IT Consulting, etc.).</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders.</li>
<li>Drive the <b>RFx lifecycle</b> &ndash; including <b>RFI, RFP, RFQ</b> development, supplier communication, bid analysis, running eAuction and selection.</li>
<li>Analyse supplier proposals and prepare comparative evaluations with well-structured recommendations.</li>
<li><b>Contract drafting, review, and negotiation</b> in collaboration with legal and procurement stakeholders.</li>
<li>Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes.</li>
<li>Identify and implement sourcing process improvements and best practices across engagements.</li>
<li>Contribute to client deliverables, presentations, and project documentation.</li>
<li>Support the SSC&rsquo;s Operations and Tactical &amp; Operational Buying capability.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor&rsquo;s degree).</li>
<li>Experience of Sourcing Operations and Processes and best practice.</li>
<li>Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing and Procurement.</li>
<li>Working knowledge in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors.</li>
<li>Knowledge in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ) with running eAuction.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement, to work under pressure and with high flexibility.</li>
</ul><ul><li>High attention to details.</li>
