<p><b>
Tasks and Responsibilities:
</b></p></div><ul><li>Support end-to-end <b>sourcing projects</b> across <b>indirect spend categories</b>, especially <b>Professional Services</b> (e.g., Business Consulting, Audit, HR, Legal, IT Consulting, etc.).</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders.</li>
<li>Drive the <b>RFx lifecycle</b> &ndash; including <b>RFI, RFP, RFQ</b> development, supplier communication, bid analysis, running eAuction and selection.</li>
<li>Analyse supplier proposals and prepare comparative evaluations with well-structured recommendations.</li>
<li><b>Contract drafting, review, and negotiation</b> in collaboration with legal and procurement stakeholders.</li>
<li>Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes.</li>
<li>Identify and implement sourcing process improvements and best practices across engagements.</li>
<li>Contribute to client deliverables, presentations, and project documentation.</li>
<li>Support the SSC&rsquo;s Operations and Tactical &amp; Operational Buying capability.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
</div>
<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor&rsquo;s degree).</li>
<li>Experience of Sourcing Operations and Processes and best practice.</li>
<li>Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing and Procurement.</li>
<li>Working knowledge in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors.</li>
<li>Knowledge in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ) with running eAuction.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement, to work under pressure and with high flexibility.</li>
</ul><ul><li>High attention to details.</li>
<li>Excellent English (<i>native</i>, C1 or equivalent) written and verbal communication skills. Any additional language, especially German is considered a plus but not a mandatory requirement.</li></ul><br>

Tactical Sourcer ( Senior Consultant ) will report to Head of Sourcing &ndash; Manager and will have the following main responsibilities:</b><b>
</b></div><ul><li>Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives</li>
<li>Execute tactical sourcing projects, low, medium &amp; high complexity (i.e. spot buy, RFx) using the client and the internal systems and complying with client&rsquo;s policies &amp; procedures</li>
<li>Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
</li><li>Drafting contracts based on the client standard terms and conditions and negotiating the contractual clauses to ensure compliance with the client&rsquo;s requirements
</li><li>Negotiating commercial conditions and contractual terms with vendors with support from Contract Manager, if needed</li>
<li>Performing supplier evaluation and bid analysis; provide input and recommendations</li>
<li>Performing spend analysis to proactively identify savings opportunities
</li><li>Forecasting and reporting savings</li>
<li>Supporting and run RFx, eAuction; creating and managing events in e-sourcing tool</li>
<li>Adhering to the client&rsquo;s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives</li>
<li>Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
</li>Proactively looking for optimization opportunities<br>

<li>Hands-on approach and proactiveness</li>
<li>Proven successful track record in a similar role
</li><li>Minimum three (8-10) year experience in related sourcing category
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure</li>
<li>Focused to deliver savings and to constantly find cost reduction opportunities for the clients</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills and mindset</li>
<li>Good problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation</li>
<li>Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices
</li><li>Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels</li>
<li>A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player who feels comfortable creating their own profile and credibility</li>
<li>Previous experience in working with any of the Source to Contract tools: SAP, Ariba, Ivalua, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent English (German is an advantage) - written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li></ul><br>
