<ul><li>Patient education and counselling - Explain eye conditions (such as cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, retina disorders, etc.) and treatment options to patients and their families.</li><li>Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures, expected outcomes, and possible complications in an empathetic and understandable manner.</li><li>Clarify doubts regarding surgery, recovery, and follow-up schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, operation theatre, and nursing staff for surgery scheduling.</li><li>Ensure all pre-surgery investigations, consent forms, and patient instructions are completed.</li><li>Maintain accurate surgery registers and patient counselling records.</li><li>Explain surgery cost details, available packages, and insurance coverage options.</li><li>Support patients in completing insurance or reimbursement-related documentation.</li><li>Liaise with billing and finance teams to ensure transparency in payments.</li><li>Educate patients about pre-operative preparations and post-operative care instructions.</li><li>Follow up with patients after surgery to ensure adherence to medication and follow-up visits.</li><li>Handle patient feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.</li><li>Promote hospital services and build trust among patients and attendants.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
