&middot; Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communication.&middot; Assist in organizing placement drives and outreach activities.&middot; Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.&middot; Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining formalities.&middot; Monitor attendance across departments and maintain daily/monthly attendance reports.&middot; Track and update employee leave records, including CL, ML, and compensatory offs.&middot; Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases.&middot; Assist with compliance-related documentation for PF, TDS, Gratuity, etc.&middot; Support in the preparation of salary slips, experience letters, resignation acceptance, and termination notices.&middot; Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as birthdays, festivals, team outings, and wellness Programs.&middot; Assist in conducting internal trainings, workshops, and staff development initiatives.&middot; Handle employee exit procedures including clearance forms, final settlements, and full-and-final documentation.Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports for HR review.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
