Job Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, highly organized and proactive Marketing &amp; Content Creator to join our passionate team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves crafting compelling visuals and messaging, executing graphic and social media marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating directly with ownership and management to bring brand vision to life for a family of five Bay Area restaurants.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design and produce marketing materials including graphics, social media and email campaigns, flyers, website maintenance and re-designs, and digital assets.</li><li>Write and edit engaging content for social media, newsletters, and website with awareness of brand identity.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the ownership to align messaging with brand voice and business goals.</li><li>Assist in planning and then manage execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Work with ownership and senior management on promoted events such as wine dinners, collaborations with brand ambassadors, community engagement events, live music and other dynamic events.</li><li>Maintain and update social media channels and website content.</li><li>Monitor engagement and provide monthly reports and insights to improve performance.</li><li>Position will be expected to work from our Corporate Offices in Emeryville &amp; Mill Valley, and onsite with management at each restaurant property in San Francisco, Oakland, Mill Valley &amp; Emeryville.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3&ndash;5 + years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design (internships count!).</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar design tools.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and detail.</li><li>Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and working collaboratively as a team player.</li><li>Excited to engage with leaders throughout the company.</li><li>Passion for storytelling and visual communication.</li><li>Photography and video editing skills.</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Eventbright, ).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and website management (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress).</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop high-quality written content for various channels, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and website copy.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve organic search rankings.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Manage content across different platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.</li><li>Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Implement content strategies that enhance user engagement and drive traffic through effective digital marketing techniques.</li><li>Utilize Google Analytics to track content performance and make data-driven decisions for future projects.</li><li>Create compelling copy for email marketing campaigns that drive conversions.</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new content initiatives.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Direct collaboration with ownership and opportunity to shape brand identity for an iconic Bay Area Restaurant Group.</li><li>Flexible schedule to be determined and creative freedom within boundaries of brand and approval.</li><li>A supportive, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas, and you, matter.</li><li>Competitive Salary and Benefits.</li></ul>Next Steps...<ul><li>Please send a coverletter with your resume describing your reasons you believe you would be a good fit for this Restaurant Marketing Position.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $68,640.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
