Position Summary: 
Reporting to the Project Manager (Custodial), Supervisor, or the Crew Leader (depending on the site), the Janitor is responsible for developing work skills and performing work at the assigned site(s).<ul><li>
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour</li><li>
Shift: Full-Time,</li><li>
Days -430pm - 12:30 am ( Till Finish)</li><li>
Location: Mascoutah Illinois</li></ul> 

Typical Duties:
<ul><li>Performs janitorial duties, specializing in floor care. Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, vacuums, dusts, mops, scrubs, buffs, strips, and waxes.</li><li>
Janitorial work includes washing, rinsing, wiping, cleaning, and restocking.</li><li>
Safely operates equipment.</li><li>
May be assigned to label and dilute chemicals used and maintain cleaning supplies.</li><li>
Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers, communicating needs to the supervisor, and implementing feedback for improvement.</li><li>
Performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service.</li></ul> 

Requirements:<ul><li>
1+ years of janitorial experience required.</li><li>
Must pass criminal background check. Must pass various State and Federal registry checks.</li><li>
Must pass DCFS Abuse and Neglect Tracking System check.</li><li>
May be required pass driving history check and Company policy criteria. Must maintain valid driver&rsquo;s license and be 21 or older to drive company van to transport workers, supplies, and equipment between building assignments. Company travel using personal insured vehicle is not required.</li></ul>
