As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating project briefs into visually stunning and effective design concepts across various platforms. This role requires a strong balance of conceptual thinking, technical proficiency, and an ability to deliver polished, production-ready assets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualization &amp; Execution: Develop and present strong, creative design concepts that align with client goals and brand guidelines.</li><li>Design Production: Create high-quality visual assets for both print and digital media, including branding materials, marketing collateral, social media content, and website elements.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director, project managers, and other designers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.</li><li>Asset Management: Prepare and manage design files for production, ensuring consistency and adherence to technical specifications.</li><li>Presentation: Confidently present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience (Must-Haves)<ul><li>Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or studio environment.</li><li>Design Foundation: A robust portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, typography skills, and an excellent eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert proficiency in the core Adobe products:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Adobe InDesign (for print/layout work)</li><li>Conceptual Strength: Proven ability to act as a strong conceptualizer, moving beyond basic execution to develop insightful and strategic visual ideas.</li></ul>Highly Valued Skills (The 'Additional Power')<ul><li>Motion Graphics: Experience with 2D animation (using tools like Adobe After Effects) to create engaging social, web, or promotional content.</li><li>UI/UX Foundation: Familiarity or experience with User Interface (UI) design principles and the ability to create mockups or simple prototypes.</li><li>Prototyping Tools: Proficiency with Figma (or equivalent tools like Sketch/Adobe XD) for collaborative design and prototyping.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
