Our shop handles a mix of maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work.We&rsquo;re looking for a technician who can produce consistent hours and work efficiently in a professional team environment. Diagnostic experience is helpful but not required.Compensation<ul><li>$35&ndash;$40 per hour depending on experience</li><li>40-hour weekly pay guarantee</li><li>After 40 billed hours, every additional billed hour is paid at your hourly rate</li><li>Consistent workflow and strong earning potential</li></ul>Example: If you bill 50 hours, you are paid 50 hours.Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>No weekends</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general automotive repair and maintenance</li><li>Diagnose and repair common vehicle issues</li><li>Complete work efficiently and accurately</li><li>Maintain quality workmanship and shop standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years automotive technician experience preferred</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Own tools required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Entry-level applicants will not be considered.About UsWe are a well-established independent auto repair shop serving a loyal Brooklyn customer base.
