Job Description:Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Sending quotations &amp; Proforma invoices as per direction of marketing person</li><li>Receiving purchase orders and taking approval from concerned marketing person</li><li>Sending email to customer to acknowledge the PO and inform indicative dispatch date</li><li>Coordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch</li><li>Following up customers for payments and c-forms (by email &amp; phone)</li><li>Strong experience of Excel</li><li>Experience in Chemical Sales coordination with finished goods.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office and advance excel</li><li>Understanding of end to end sales coordination process</li><li>Preferably with customer service experience</li><li>Pride in your performance and its impact on the company&rsquo;s success</li><li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience - 2 to 4 years</li><li>Location - Mumbai (Nariman point)</li><li>Candidates who can join within 15 days preferred.</li><li>Candidate with Chemical &amp; manufacturing experience only can apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
