About the Role
We're seeking a high‑level, strategic leader to take full ownership of our Marketing Department and Online Sales operations. This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, increasing qualified leads, optimizing our digital presence, and expanding online home sales revenue for our manufactured home sales company.
This is a leadership position ideal for someone who understands modern marketing, digital commerce, and the unique needs of the manufactured housing industry. 
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership<ul><li>
Define and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy (digital, brand, events, advertising).</li><li>
Oversee all campaigns: paid digital, SEO, social media, email, video, and print.</li><li>
Manage and mentor the internal marketing team and external vendors.</li><li>
Develop brand voice, community presence, and customer acquisition strategies.</li><li>
Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI.</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance and provide executive‑level reporting.</li></ul>
Online Sales Leadership<ul><li>
Oversee the full online sales lifecycle for manufactured homes.</li><li>
Implement CRM best practices and lead‑nurture automation.</li><li>
Improve website conversions, digital retail tools, and customer journey workflows.</li><li>
Coordinate closely with sales managers to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow‑up.</li><li>
Optimize online listings, product pages, and virtual tours to drive digital sales.</li></ul>
Cross‑Department Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with executive leadership to align marketing and sales goals.</li><li>
Evaluate market trends, demographics, and competitor activity.</li><li>
Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to support business growth.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
7+ years of experience in Marketing, Online Sales, or Growth Leadership.</li><li>
Experience in real estate, manufactured homes, modular homes, or large‑ticket consumer goods (preferred).</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics.</li><li>
Proven track record of scaling online leads and revenue.</li><li>
Exceptional leadership and people‑management skills.</li><li>
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.</li></ul>

Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Titan Factory Direct's sales and marketing efforts while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position blends digital marketing, social media, AI-assisted website updates, administrative coordination, and brand support to equip our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a highly organized individual who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern AI tools and multiple departments. Key ResponsibilitiesIncludes but is not limited to:Marketing &amp; Digital Support<ul><li>
Write and publish blog content to support SEO and marketing initiatives</li><li>
Compile, organize, and distribute approved marketing materials to company email groups for sales team use</li><li>
Assist with website updates, photo updates, and content revisions using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini</li><li>
Coordinate and organize new photo shoots for homes, communities, and sales locations</li><li>
Manage and organize digital files in CRM</li></ul>
Social Media Analytics, Strategy &amp; Content Testing<ul><li>
Manage and schedule social media content across company platforms</li><li>
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions</li><li>
Use analytics insights to develop and adjust social media strategy across platforms</li><li>
Test new content ideas, formats, captions, posting times, and engagement tactics to improve performance</li><li>
Identify trends and opportunities, and proactively recommend new ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the videographer to plan, coordinate, and execute video content aligned with marketing goals</li><li>
Assist with content planning, shot lists, and creative direction for social and website use</li><li>
Report performance insights and recommendations to management as needed</li></ul>
Reputation &amp; Review Management<ul><li>
Compile customer testimonials and success stories for marketing use</li><li>
Monitor online reviews and manage the overall review reputation</li><li>
Identify and escalate negative reviews to upper management promptly for resolution</li></ul>
Administrative, Office, and Team Operations<ul><li>
Maintain office organization, restocking supplies, and general office upkeep</li><li>
Order and track marketing print materials, awards, signage, and branded items</li><li>
Coordinate Titan apparel for new hires, including ordering rookie Titan polos</li><li>
Order FedEx materials and manage outgoing mail and shipments</li><li>
Assist with general office duties as needed</li><li>
Attend company events, sales meetings, promotions, and community activities as needed to assist with taking photos, presenting, etc.</li></ul>
Finance &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>
Collect, organize, and submit marketing-related invoices to upper management</li><li>
Track marketing expenses and assist with vendor communication as needed</li></ul>
 Qualifications<ul><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>
Experience with social media management and content creation</li><li>
Basic understanding of graphic design using tools like Canva</li><li>
Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital content</li><li>
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for content and workflow support</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Self-motivated and dependable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience with administrative or office coordination tasks is a plus</li><li>
Experience in the housing industry is a plus</li></ul>
