<ul><li>Validate and process sales commission payments accurately in accordance with company compensation plans and payroll schedules.</li><li>Audit commission data submitted from sales and operations teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.</li><li>Reconcile commission reports with payroll systems and financial records to identify and correct discrepancies prior to payout.</li><li>Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Finance departments to resolve commission-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees through Paylocity, including salaried, hourly, and commissioned staff.</li><li>Manage monthly audit and reporting for accuracy and completeness, reporting to executive teams.</li><li>Review and validate timekeeping records, deductions, garnishments, and commissions for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Maintain payroll compliance with all federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.</li><li>Manage payroll reporting, including tax filings, year-end W-2s, and other required documents.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, employee status changes, and benefit deductions.</li><li>Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with monthly journal entries and payroll-related audits.</li><li>Keep current on changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure company practices stay compliant.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.</li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll operations.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in payroll administration or related HR/finance roles.</li><li>Strong complex understanding of commission with multi-state, multi-site and multi-company experience.
</li><li>Hands-on experience with Paylocity is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in performing monthly audit and reporting for accuracy.</li><li>Solid understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.</li><li>Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus, but not required.</li></ul></div>
