The BMS Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning support, of Building Management Systems including HVAC controls, monitoring devices, sensors, controllers, and associated field equipment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install BMS field devices such as controllers, sensors, actuators, valves, dampers, and control panels</li><li>Perform cable pulling, termination, labelling, and testing as per drawings</li><li>Panel installation and field wiring verification</li><li>Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities</li><li>Perform point-to-point testing and loop checking</li><li>Assist engineers during system integration and functional testing</li><li>Updates on redline markups</li><li>Maintain daily work reports.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers for snag clearance and handover documentation</li><li>Follow site HSE rules and company safety procedures</li><li>Use proper PPE and tools during all site activities</li><li>Ensure work complies with site specifications</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Knowledge of HVAC control systems</li><li>Familiarity with BMS platforms (any of the following is an advantage):</li><li>o Siemens o Honeywell o Schneider o Johnson Controls</li><li>Understanding of control drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams(mandatory)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in BMS works</li><li>Experience in UAE projects preferred</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Willingness to work extended hours during commissioning phases</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Site-based role</li><li>May require night shifts or weekend work as per site requirement.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
