We&rsquo;re looking for a Production Manager who will take ownership of our production floor, lead teams, and ensure we consistently deliver safe, top-quality products to our customers.The RoleAs Production Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead daily manufacturing operations - driving performance, safety, and quality while developing your team. You&rsquo;ll oversee production staff, ensure standards are met, and work cross-functionally to improve processes and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams and systems that scale.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead &amp; Develop Teams &ndash; Supervise production staff, coach and train employees, and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.</li><li>Drive Results &ndash; Manage daily production schedules to meet targets, ensuring products are delivered on time and to spec.</li><li>Ensure Quality &amp; Food Safety &ndash; Enforce strict quality standards, GMPs, and food safety protocols. Address and resolve issues quickly.</li><li>Promote Safety &ndash; Champion a safe workplace by enforcing PPE use, reporting incidents, and driving continuous safety improvements.</li><li>Optimize Operations &ndash; Monitor equipment performance, partner with maintenance on repairs, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Stay Organized &ndash; Maintain production records, metrics, and compliance documentation.
