 Role Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
 
 Soft Skills Trainer
 
 to lead placement readiness programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The trainer will design and deliver high-impact sessions that enhance students&rsquo; communication, interpersonal, and professional skills, preparing them for campus recruitment and corporate success.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and deliver structured modules on:
 </li>
 <li>
 Verbal and non-verbal communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Group discussions and personal interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Resume writing and LinkedIn optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Presentation skills and professional etiquette
 </li>
 <li>
 Workplace behavior and emotional intelligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with placement cell and academic departments to align training with industry expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor students on career readiness, confidence building, and goal setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop customized content for diverse academic streams and career paths
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain training records, feedback reports, and student progress dashboards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Psychology, HR, Communication, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 5 years of experience
 
 in soft skills training, corporate L&amp;D, or student development
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in soft skills, NLP, coaching, or behavioral training preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in campus-to-corporate transition programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with placement processes and recruiter expectations will be an added advantage
 </li>
 </ul>

 Exposure to digital tools for training delivery and assessment
