 Position Title:	 Junior Dentist
 
 
 Department:	Clinical &amp; Patient Coordination
 
 
 Reports To:	Senior Dentist / Clinic Head
 
 
 Location:	Chandan Dental Clinic, Vadodara
 
 
 Experience:	Fresher &ndash; 2 Years (BDS)
 
 
 Work Schedule 	9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
 
 
 Candidate Preferred	Based in Vadodara Only

 ROLE SUMMARY
 
 
 
 The Junior Dentist will support daily clinical operations, assist senior doctors, independently perform general dentistry procedures, provide patient consultations, coordinate treatment discussions, and manage patient communication including follow-ups and treatment coordination while maintaining high ethical and clinical standards.________________________________________
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 A. Clinical Duties (General Dentistry)
 
 
 
 &bull;	Perform general dental procedures independently, including:
 
 
 o	Scaling &amp; polishing
 
 
 o	Fluoride / varnish application
 
 
 o	Routine dental consultations &amp; check-ups
 
 
 o	Oral examinations &amp; diagnosis
 
 
 o	Basic restorative procedures (fillings)
 
 
 &bull;	Assist senior dentists during advanced procedures
 
 
 &bull;	Take case history, intraoral examination &amp; radiographs
 
 
 &bull;	Maintain strict sterilization &amp; infection control protocols
 
 
 &bull;	Prepare operatory &amp; instruments before procedures
 
 
 &bull;	Maintain accurate patient dental records &amp; charts
 
 
 
 
 
 
 B. Treatment Coordination
 
 
 
 &bull;	Explain treatment plans to patients
 
 
 &bull;	Guide patients about dental conditions &amp; procedures
 
 
 &bull;	Assist with cost estimates &amp; treatment scheduling
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure patient comfort &amp; clarity throughout treatment
 
 
 &bull;	Coordinate lab work &amp; follow up on reports
 
 
 
 C. Tele-Marketing / Patient Communication
 
 
 
 &bull;	Make follow-up calls for pending &amp; ongoing treatments
 
 
 &bull;	Manage recall appointments &amp; patient reminders
 
 
 &bull;	Support marketing campaigns (WhatsApp / Calls)
 
 
 &bull;	Convert inquiries to consultations and treatments
 
 
 &bull;	Maintain polite &amp; professional communication at all times
 
 
 
 D. Administration &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 &bull;	Daily update of patient treatments in software
 
 
 &bull;	Report treatment progress to Sr. Dentist / Admin
 
 
 &bull;	Track follow-up list &amp; treatment pipeline

 REQUIRED SKILLS
 
 
 
 &bull;	BDS Degree (MDS optional)
 
 
 &bull;	Sound knowledge of general dentistry procedures
 
 
 &bull;	Strong communication in English, Hindi, Gujarati
 
 
 &bull;	Confident, patient-friendly personality
 
 
 &bull;	Good clinical &amp; OR sterilization knowledge
 
 
 &bull;	Basic computer &amp; dental software familiarity
