We are looking for someone with strong visual design skills, fresh creative thinking, and the ability to bring concepts to life across multiple digital and print platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design marketing assets: social media creatives, menus, promotional banners, email graphics, advertising designs, etc.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all restaurant brands within the company</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations team to meet campaign goals</li><li>Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met</li><li>Adapt designs to various formats and channels as needed</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>5+ years of graphic design experience in a professional environment</li><li>Strong design portfolio showing solid design expertise (layout, branding, typography)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)</li><li>Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred / Good to Have:<ul><li>Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML &amp; CSS for web and digital assets</li><li>Motion graphics / animation skills are an added advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC?</li><li>Expected CTC?</li><li>Notice Period?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
