The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language, a creative approach to classroom teaching, and the ability to inspire students to appreciate and excel in the subject.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach Hindi language and literature to students as per the prescribed curriculum (Primary / Middle / Secondary, as applicable).</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities that promote interactive learning.</li><li>Assess and evaluate students&rsquo; progress regularly through class tests, assignments, and exams.</li><li>Encourage students to develop a love for reading, writing, and speaking in Hindi.</li><li>Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records as per school guidelines.</li><li>Participate in school events, cultural programs, and Hindi-related activities (e.g., Hindi Diwas, poetry recitations, debates).</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support overall student development.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, parent&ndash;teacher interactions, and professional development sessions.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (B.A.) or Master&rsquo;s Degree (M.A.) in Hindi with B.Ed. mandatory.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred.</li><li>Fresh graduates with strong language skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.</li><li>Strong classroom management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to engage students through creative and activity-based teaching.</li><li>Commitment to school values, teamwork, and student welfare.</li><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;19,000.00 - &#8377;27,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
