Job Summary:
The Environmental Designer conceptualizes and develops immersive physical environments that blend 3D spatial design, graphic design, and interior design sensibility into cohesive, branded experiences. This role requires a versatile designer who can move confidently between concept development, 3D modeling/rendering, and polished graphic design execution&mdash;supporting retail environments while also contributing graphic design and 3D models for marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
 3D Design + Rendering<ul><li>
Develop 3D models to explore concepts, form, layout, and spatial flow</li><li>
Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to communicate design intent</li><li>
Apply materials, lighting, and styling to ensure visuals feel realistic, cohesive, and client-ready</li><li>
Support rapid iteration during design development by quickly updating models and renderings based on feedback</li></ul>
Graphic Design<ul><li>
Create strong, polished graphic visuals that support design concepts, elevate presentations, and enhance marketing content</li><li>
Develop brand-aligned visual for clients, marketing, and employer branding initiatives</li></ul>
Interior + Spatial Design<ul><li>
Support the development of layouts, elevations, and spatial planning for branded environments and interior spaces</li><li>
Contribute to material and finish direction, ensuring selections align with both design intent and project goals</li><li>
Bring an interior design perspective to proportion, balance, scale, and how a space feels in real life</li></ul>
Concept Development<ul><li>
Participate in early-phase design ideation and translate loose ideas into clear visual direction</li><li>
Create mood boards and design studies that align brand storytelling with physical form and aesthetic</li><li>
Help set the creative tone for projects through thoughtful design decisions and strong visual taste</li><li>
Balance creativity with buildability, timelines, and real-world constraints</li></ul>
Presentation Design<ul><li>
Build compelling design presentations that clearly communicate concepts, intent, and overall experience</li><li>
Organize design rationale into a clean narrative with strong visual pacing and clarity</li><li>
Prepare high-quality visuals, mockups, and layouts that support confident client review and approval</li></ul>
Project Management + Organization<ul><li>
Maintain clean, organized working files across deliverables</li><li>
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities</li><li>
Track design updates, revisions, and versioning to ensure smooth workflow and alignment across teams</li><li>
Support design standards by keeping templates, assets, and reusable elements organized for team efficiency</li></ul>
Pay Range 
Starting Salary $62,000 to $72,000 (+ profit sharing) 
The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, and education. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which includes:

Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design or related field 
</li><li>
Experience with 3D design, modeling, and rendering
