About the Role:
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be the right hand to the Community Manager, playing a vital role in supporting property operations, resident relations, leasing, and financial performance. You&rsquo;ll help create a welcoming environment for residents while driving occupancy, ensuring timely rent collection, and contributing to the overall success of the community.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Assist in managing daily community operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, resolving issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Support leasing efforts by showing apartments, processing applications, and closing leases.</li><li>
Oversee rent collection and enforce lease terms in coordination with the Community Manager.</li><li>
Contribute to budget management, vendor relations, and maintenance coordination.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident documentation.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Prior experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onesite) a plus.</li><li>
A team-oriented approach and a passion for creating a positive community environment.</li></ul>
