SALARY: GRADE 109 (SUPPORT HOURLY) 
Post-offer physical and drug screening test is required for this position 
Job Goal:
Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive physical plant. 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Ability to read and write English as it pertains to job functions</li><li>
Previous custodial experience desired</li><li>
Posession of, or ability to obtain, an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card</li></ul>
Core Job Functions:<ul><li>
Sweep, dust, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish the floors and surfaces</li><li>
Wash windows, walls, woodwork, and equipment</li><li>
Cleans assigned areas to prescribed standards and requirements</li><li>
Empty trash receptacles</li><li>
Perform minor repairs</li><li>
Move furniture and equipment based on the needs of the facility</li><li>
Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance</li><li>
Inspect all fire equipment on campus and maintain records of inspection</li><li>
Report safety/security hazards and needs for major repairs in an expeditious manner</li><li>
Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required</li><li>
Handle emergency custodial duties for principals, teachers, and staff</li><li>

Perform a variety of clerical services in the library. 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
</li><li>Ability to operate standard office equipment, including all Microsoft Office and Google programs
