We are passionate about delivering creative, high-quality content that helps brands, creators, and businesses engage with their audiences.Job Overview: We are looking for a Video Editor who can manage video editing projects and coordinate with a small team of editors. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, be confident in handling editing software, and ensure all videos are delivered on time and up to standard.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit and manage video projects like podcasts, talking head videos, product ads, and reels.</li><li>Guide and support the editing team when needed to maintain quality and workflow.</li><li>Review videos before final delivery to ensure quality and consistency.</li><li>Work with other editors to understand requirements and make creative suggestions.</li><li>Manage timelines and make sure all projects are completed before deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated with new editing styles and social media trends.</li><li>Help improve the editing process and bring fresh ideas to the team.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Software Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (Advanced).</li><li>Good knowledge of color grading and storytelling techniques.</li><li>Understanding of video pacing, transitions, and sound syncing.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Can manage multiple projects while keeping attention to detail.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing.</li><li>Must have worked on different types of videos (reels, ads, YouTube content, etc.).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is a plus.</li><li>Portfolio or past work samples are required.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on skills and experience.</li><li>Incentives for quality work and timely delivery.</li><li>A friendly and creative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities to grow within the company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;27,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Adobe After Effects: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Video editing: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Post-production: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Adobe Premiere: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
