We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and client service team during core working hours.Role Overview:The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining documentation, and assisting counsellors and processing officers with administrative support. This position is ideal for candidates seeking a professional part-time role in a structured and respectful environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.</li><li>Assist in preparing, scanning, and organizing visa application materials.</li><li>Manage client files and ensure timely coordination between departments.</li><li>Greet visitors and assist in basic client inquiries when needed.</li><li>Maintain office supplies, records, and general office organization.</li><li>Support counsellors and management in daily operational tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer usage.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage.</li></ul>Working Hours:12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)Salary Range:PKR 25,000 &ndash; 38,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).Candidate can send their resume through whatsapp on 0347 111 0000,mentioning position :Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)Job Type: Part-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs38,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
