CAREGIVER I JOB DESCRIPTION: C1<ul><li>Reports to work on-time.</li><li>Knows and abides by Chantele's Loving Touch policy and procedure.</li><li>Has a working knowledge of resident service plans.</li><li>Communicates professionally and effectively.</li><li>Demonstrates the social skills necessary to work as an effective team member.</li><li>Has no more than one unexcused absence per month.</li><li>Shows flexibility with work schedule.</li><li>Is directly responsible to the caregiver III assigned to the team.</li><li>Completes all routine duties and duties assigned by the caregiver III of the team.</li><li>May not dispense medications, unless delegated or assigned to do so by the RN.</li><li>May not give information to outside agencies or agents without clearing the information with the administrator or caregiver III.</li></ul>CAREGIVER II JOB DESCRIPTION: C2<ul><li>Demonstrates all of the characteristics of a caregiver I.</li><li>Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with outside agents and agencies.</li><li>Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize their shift.</li><li>In the absence of the caregiver III, will be responsible for:</li><li>The appropriate and accurate completion of all medical records.</li><li>Organizing and assigning duties of their shift.</li><li>The completion of housekeeping duties of their shift.</li><li>Stocking the supplies needed to perform duties.</li><li>The well being of all the residents in their house.</li><li>Demonstrates a willingness and ability to be on-call for shift deficits.</li><li>Is directly responsible to the shift supervisor.</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to represent Chantele's Loving Touch in a professional manner.</li><li>Demonstrates effective leadership.</li><li>Demonstrates a working knowledge of and complies with all Chantele's Loving Touch policy and procedure.</li><li>Performs duties of caregiver III in their absence.</li></ul>CAREGIVER III JOB DESCRIPTION: C3<ul><li>Demonstrates all of the characteristics of a caregiver II.</li><li>Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with outside agents and agencies.</li><li>Demonstrates an ability to plan and organize their shift.</li><li>Will be responsible for:</li><li>The appropriate and accurate completion of all medical records.</li><li>Organizing and assigning duties of their shift.</li><li>The completion of housekeeping duties of their shift.</li><li>Stocking the supplies needed to perform duties.</li><li>The well being of all the residents in their house.</li><li>Demonstrates a willingness and ability to be on-call for shift deficits.</li><li>Is directly responsible to the facility administrator.</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to represent Chantele's Loving Touch in a professional manner.</li><li>Demonstrates effective leadership.</li><li>Trains caregiver I&rsquo;s and II&rsquo;s.</li><li>Demonstrates a working knowledge of and complies with all Chantele's Loving Touch policy and procedure.'</li></ul>' Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Overnight Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Sutherlin, OR 97479 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Sutherlin, OR 97479: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
