URGENTLY HIRING: HEAD CHEF &ndash; BAKERY &amp; PASTRY (UAE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our bakery and pastry kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of managing production, staff, quality, and profitability &mdash; while also contributing to menu innovation, cost efficiency, and sales growth across all channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage all daily kitchen operations for bakery and pastry production.</li><li>Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure consistent high-quality output.</li><li>Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet daily demand and catering orders.</li><li>Develop and innovate new bakery and dessert menu items that align with brand standards and customer trends.</li><li>Ensure excellent product quality, taste, and presentation at all times.</li><li>Manage kitchen inventory, raw materials, and supplier relations to maintain stock accuracy and cost control.</li><li>Conduct sales forecasting to plan production efficiently and reduce waste.</li><li>Oversee the management of food aggregator apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) ensuring accurate menu listings, order coordination, and consistent product quality for online orders.</li><li>Monitor performance reports and collaborate with management to boost sales and operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational discipline across all kitchen areas.</li><li>Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance as needed.</li><li>Foster a cooperative, professional, and motivated team environment.</li><li>Participate in administrative duties, documentation, and kitchen performance reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a bakery, caf&eacute;, or hotel (UAE experience required).</li><li>Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery production, recipe development, and modern culinary techniques.</li><li>Experience with kitchen management, cost control, and sales forecasting.</li><li>Familiarity with food delivery aggregator platforms and back-end order management.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage inventory, reduce costs, and maintain high production standards.</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.</li></ul>Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
