Pay: $23.20-$25.00

Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion</li><li>
Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers</li><li>
Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries</li><li>
Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient</li></ul> 

Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
1-year hands on experience answering high volume phone calls</li><li>
Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.
</li><li>Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.</li></ul>
