Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant. This role requires excellent administrative skills, accuracy in your work, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our legal professionals.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide executive administrative support to attorneys.</li><li>Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.</li><li>Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel.</li><li>Assist in project management tasks related to ongoing litigation or legal matters.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong writing skills.</li><li>Above average typing speed.</li><li>Ability to use accounting system.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate professionalism through effective phone etiquette and client interaction.</li><li>Previous experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Chillicothe, MO 64601 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Chillicothe, MO 64601: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
